How to Change Your Life

Often times we find ourselves down in the dumps with no knowledge of how to better our circumstances which makes us negative which in turn makes us hopeless and the viscous cycle continues.

At this point you need to take a step back and ask yourself what you are allowing to enter your mind, body and soul… What are you listening to? What are you watching? What are you saying about yourself and your life? Is it positive or are you subconsciously poisoning yourself with worldly negativity?

If you turn on the radio right now, almost every song is negative. Think about it. “If I was you I’d wanna be me too”, “we are never getting back together”, “we don’t need the light, fall into the darkness”, “you think I’m a psycho”. These are just a few lyrics of popular radio hits that we sing along to! It’s all negative.

We don’t understand the power of words! If the Bible says that God said: “Let there be light” and there was light… then surely the spoken word is one of the most powerful weapons! So if we continually speak death and negativity over ourselves surely we are quite literally cursing ourselves with our words!

So the question is, how do you change your life? By changing what you say, because what you say is what you become! Instead of saying “I’ll probably never get out of here” start speaking life and saying “I’m a conqueror and something better is already out there for me” and believe it. No matter how hard it is, or how weird it feels and sounds just say it! You will be surprised at how things will change around you.

Make a conscious decision not to listen to or watch any negative media. Only allow positive, life giving content into your mind, body and soul and things WILL change for you. If God can speak and create new worlds through it, and we as humans are created in His image, then surely we can speak new worlds into existence ourselves.

Wake up every morning and meditate on your positive affirmations. Positivity attracts positivity and the same goes for negativity.

You ARE blessed and highly favoured. You ARE a child of the Most High. You ARE an inherent of Heaven’s abundance over your life.
